<p align="center"> <strong>Parking Rules and Regulations</strong></p><p> <strong>Registration & Proration:</strong> Additional registration may be required in the parking office. Registration by telephone will not be accepted. If your first day of parking is between the 1st and 15th of the month, you will pay the full monthly rate. If you register after the 15th of the month, the amount will be pro-rated. Payments may be automated and collected the 1st business day of each month.</p><p> <strong>Lack of Payment / Insufficient Funds:</strong> For any payment returned for insufficient funds, the minimum fee allowed in the facility’s jurisdiction will be charged to the account. This includes checks, draft payments, and credit card payments. Parkers have ten (10) days after receiving notice of a returned remittance to tender payment or all parking privileges will be terminated.<strong></strong></p><p> <strong>Account Changes:</strong> Please keep your records current. You may change your vehicle information, address, and phone numbers via the online management portal website or by calling the parking office. Parkers who fail to notify the garage operator of any vehicle changes may be subject to enforcement, which may include ticketing and/or impoundment.</p><p> <strong>Parking Spaces:</strong> Your parking privilege allows you to park one vehicle in no more than one parking space. Vehicles taking up more than one space will be required to pay for the extra space(s). Nonpayment for these extra spaces will result enforcement, which may including ticketing or towing. <strong></strong></p><p> <strong>Reserved Spaces: </strong>Honored 24/7 UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON SIGNAGE OR SPACE MARKINGS. <strong></strong></p><p> <strong>Simultaneous Use: </strong> Use of this permit/access card by two or more cars OR use after privileges have been canceled will result in enforcement action, which may include ticketing, towing, or wheel locking. <br/> <br/> <strong>Overnight Parking:</strong> Any vehicle left in the facility for more than 48 hours without prior arrangements is subject to towing unless consent has been given by parking management. <br/> <br/> <strong>TERM:</strong> The term of this agreement is to be one month, automatically renewable at the end of each month, unless customer provides parking operator with a notice of termination 30 days prior to the start of the month. Customer is responsible for all charges billed prior to the effective termination date. Parking rates are subject to charge at any time by the posting of new rates or by written or electronic communication. Parking operator reserves the right to terminate any or all monthly parking privileges without notice and without cause or liability. No refunds for unused parking will be issued.</p><p> <strong>PAYMENTS: </strong> Payments are either debited automatically from customer’s bank account, credit or debit card, or payable to the operator by check each month. Payment must be received on or before the First (1<sup>st</sup>) of the month (E.G. Payment for July is due on July 1<sup>st</sup>). Payment received after the Fifth (5<sup>th</sup>) of the month will be considered late and will be subject to a late fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) and the access device will be deactivated. A twenty dollar ($20.00) reactivation fee may be due to parking operator prior to restoration of parking privileges. All checks returned as non-sufficient funds (NSF) OR Account Closed will be charged the state mandated NSF Fee, plus the late fee of $15.00. The parking operator may require any customer who has presented acheck returned for any reason to pay via certified funds at any time. <strong> </strong></p><p> <strong>ACTIVATION FEE: </strong> A twenty dollar ($20.00) device activation fee, per device, will be charged to the customer at the time of application submission, along with the first month’s payment and shall not be refundable. Parking device(s) will not be issued prior to the payment of all fees due, along with the submission of a completed parking agreement. Access devices are not transferable to another person or company. Parking operator may charge a Twenty Dollar ($20.00) replacement charge per damaged or lost device.</p><p> <strong>PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK:</strong> Operator is not responsible for any theft or damages to individuals, vehicles in the parking facility, or the contents of the vehicle. To reduce the chance of theft or damages, customer should place all personal items out of sight and lock your vehicle doors. All customers park at their own risk at all times.</p><p> <strong>DISCLAIMER:</strong> OPERATOR reserves the right to terminate parking privileges, without notice for non-payment of parking fees or for those who fail to abide by these rules and regulations.</p><p> <strong>PERMIT/ACCESS CARD:</strong> Each monthly parking card is a "recycling" card that prevents a user from passing the card back to another user. The card operates gates in conjunction with a computerized software system. This system enables the parking office to cancel or invalidate cards that are lost, stolen or discontinued, by reason of nonpayment or other violation of the rules. The software system will be used to control monthly parkers who violate the rules and procedures established for the facility. <br/> <br/> <strong>CLAIMS / INCIDENTS:</strong> All accident reports or claim reports must be submitted <u>prior</u> to exiting the facility.<strong></strong></p><p align="center"> <strong> Please observe the following STANDARD RULES AND REGULATIONS: </strong></p><ul type="disc"> <li> For the safety of others, as well as your own, please follow the directional arrows and signs throughout the facility. </li> <li> Observe posted speed limits. </li> <li> Park between the lines in one space only, unless specifically directed by an employee of the parking operator. </li> <li> Do not back into a parking space. Curbs are designed for the protection of vehicle fronts. </li> <li> Do not park in reserved and handicap spaces or in no-parking zones unless authorized. </li> <li> Park on your assigned level, IF APPLICABLE. <strong></strong> </li></ul><p> Additional site specific rules and regulations are available in the parking management office.</p>v100LAN
